Privacy policy

We collect the data you give us to make the product work. That includes:

• Account info: email, password hash, name (optional).
• Trading data: trades you enter manually, CSV files you import, screenshots you upload, tags and notes you write.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Product usage telemetry: page views, feature usage, performance metrics. Aggregated and not tied to your trade data.

We use your data to run the product you signed up for. Specifically: to render your journal, compute analytics, generate AI Coach insights against your own trades, track your prop firm rule compliance, and send you account-relevant emails.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your trade data to train models. AI Coach inference runs against your data only, with no cross account learning. The DPA covers the exact scope when one is in force.

Encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit. Row-level security enforced on every query — you cannot see another user's data and no application bug can let one user query another's records.

You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion purges your data within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by US tax law.
