Request beta access →The two gates to an Apex payout
A withdrawal from an Apex PA account clears two checks. First, consistency: your biggest single day has to be at or under 50% of your total profit since the last payout. Second, time: at least 5 qualifying trading days. Miss either and the payout waits. Clear both and the amount you can request is whatever keeps your biggest day under the cap.
Why the eligible amount can be less than your profit
The consistency rule does not just gate whether you can withdraw, it caps how much. If your best day is a big share of your profit, you can only take out the amount that leaves that day at or under 50% of what remains. Pull out too much and your biggest day would breach the rule, so the eligible figure protects against that.
Plan the day you become eligible
If days are the only thing blocking you, the eligible amount still shows what you would qualify for, so you know it is worth logging the remaining sessions. If consistency is blocking you, the fix is more green days to dilute the big one, not a single home run.
Frequently asked
- What do I need to get a payout from Apex?
- On a Performance Account you need to clear two gates: the consistency rule (your biggest day at or under 50% of total profit) and at least 5 qualifying trading days since your last payout. The amount you can request is whatever the consistency rule allows.
- How much can I withdraw?
- The most you can request is the amount that keeps your biggest day at or under 50% of the remaining profit. If your best day is already over half your total, the eligible amount is zero until you dilute it with more profitable days.
- What counts as a qualifying trading day?
- Apex counts a day where you made at least a small minimum profit. Flat or losing days do not count toward the 5-day requirement. The calculator uses your count of qualifying days.
- Does this apply to the evaluation?
- No. Payouts are a Performance Account concept. During the evaluation you are working toward the profit target, not a withdrawal. This check is for funded PA accounts.
